Refund & Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is important!  Our return policy differs for "Animal Art" versus "Custom Pet Portraits".  Please review the portion of the policy which pertains to your purchase.

Animal Art-Refund and Return policy

If the product/s you receive differ materially from what you selected at FunAnimalGraphics.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order/s arrive 5 business days or more later than estimated, then you may return that item/items for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.  I accept returns for defective products only.  We may require you to submit photos showing the issue prompting the return request to ensure we can address the issue for any future customers/orders. All we ask is that you notify FunAnimaLGraphics before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.  Returns without prior approval will NOT be eligible for a refund or store credit.

We want you to be happy so if you would like to make a return for reasons other than merchant error please reach out to me, Kathleen, at FunAnimaLGraphicsgraphics@gmail.com.  Returns for reasons other than merchant error are at the merchant’s discretion,  and will receive a store credit (rather than a refund).

Refunds or store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Why this return policy?  FunAnimaLGraphics is a small online only business.  There is no brick and mortar storefront and we hold no inventory.  Product is printed only upon receipt of an order.  Please take care.  Make sure that the product you order is the correct size, image and color.   Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions:  FunAnimalGraphics@gmail.com.  We may require you to submit photos showing the issue prompting the replacement request to ensure we can address the issue for any future customers/orders.

Custom Pet Portraits-Cancellation and Replacement policy

All Custom Pet Portraits are special, made for you or the person receiving your thoughtful gift.  Prior to going into production you will have received a proof (digital copy with a watermark) of the art work for your approval.  Prior to approval you may cancel your order at anytime.  Upon your approval your Custom Portrait goes immediately into production and at that point we can not accept cancellations or returns.  If your product arrives damaged or flawed please reach to:  funanimalgraphics@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement.  We may require you to submit photos showing the issue prompting the replacement request to ensure we can address the issue for any future customers/orders.
