If the product/s you receive differ materially from what you selected at FunAnimalGraphics.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order/s arrive 5 business days or more later than estimated, then you may return that item/items for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.  We may require you to submit photos showing the issue prompting the return request to ensure we can address the issue for any future customers/orders. All we ask is that you notify FunAnimaLGraphics before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.  Returns without prior approval will NOT be eligible for a refund or store credit.

We want you to be happy so if you would like to make a return for reasons other than merchant error please reach out to me, Kathleen, at FunAnimaLGraphicsgraphics@gmail.com.  Returns for reasons other than merchant error are at the merchant’s discretion,  and will receive a store credit (rather than a refund).

Refunds or store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
