Shipping policy

Products are all shipped at no charge.  As they are all produced on receipt of your order, lead times are 5-12 business days for Animal Art.  Shipping times for Custom Pet Portraits are 5-12 Business days PLUS the time required for "proof" approval and editing.  The initial "proof" will be sent to you in 3-5 business days.  The shipping time is  5-12 business days once you have approved the proof including any changes you may request.  Your prompt review and response will keep the lead time as short as possible.
